Announcement of the Implementation of Company-Wide Remote Work
as Part of Novel Coronavirus Countermeasures

Polygon Pictures, Inc. (“PPI,” President and CEO: Shuzo Shiota, Head Office: Tokyo, Japan) has made the decision to switch all company employees to remote work (telework) from Wednesday, April 8th, 2020, as a countermeasure against the rapid spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff, as well as all the clients and partners we work with throughout our various projects.

• In order to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff, everyone will be asked to work from home (telework).
• During this period, staff members are asked to contact their superiors at their private cellphone numbers or email addresses.
• Meetings are to be conducted, as much as possible, through teleconferencing, or videoconferencing.
• Sufficient measures will also be taken to ensure the preservation and safeguarding of data.

Remote Work Implementation Period
Wednesday, April 8th, 2020 to Wednesday, May 6th, 2020
*Taking into account the state of the country, this period may be extended.

This countermeasure will go into effect for all PPI staff members.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. We, at Polygon Pictures, deeply pray for the safety and recovery of all those who are affected by the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and hope that we, as a society, are able to overcome these turbulent times at the earliest possible date.
