Series with CG Animation by Polygon Pictures
Nominated for Daytime Emmy Awards 4 Years in a Row!

Polygon Pictures ("PPI," President and CEO: Shuzo Shiota, Head Office: Tokyo, Japan) is proud to announce that the television series Transformers Prime Beast Hunters and Star Wars: The Clone Wars, both with CG animation produced by our studio, have received a total of seven nominations at the 41st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards.

Transformers Prime Beast Hunters is the continuation of Transformers Prime, a winner at the 39th Daytime Emmy Awards, while Star Wars: The Clone Wars was also a recipient at last year's 40th Daytime Emmy Awards celebration. Both of these series have now also been nominated this year for the prestigious Special Class Animated Program category! This marks the 4th consecutive year that works featuring our studio's animation have received Emmy nominations!

In the Outstanding Individual Achievement in Animation category, 2 artists from Transformers Prime, including character animator Yasuhiro Motoda, and 1 artist from Star Wars: The Clone Wars have already been confirmed as winners.

The 41st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards ceremony is planned to be held over two days on Friday, June 20, and Sunday, June 22, 2014.

In keeping with our stated mission to "do what no other has done, in unparalleled quality, for all the world to see and enjoy,” PPI will continue striving to launch Japan's renowned animation business on a global scale.
