Since its launch, the anthology has won the hearts of both Star Wars and anime fans around the world.

The trailer teases dynamic new characters, and jaw-dropping animation, echoing classic Star Wars moments with red and blue lightsaber clashes, and the iconic: “May the Force be with you.” It also introduces a distinct anime flair — blending the emotional depth and visual charm of Japanese animation with the epic storytelling of Star Wars.
Alongside the stunning visuals comes an all-star voice cast ready to bring these new stories to life.
In the Japanese version, beloved voice actors such as Tomoyo Kurosawa (as Nakime) and Houchu Ohtsuka (as Toad) return for Bird of Paradise by Polygon Pictures. Masaki Terasoma, Asami Seto, and Chinatsu Akasaki, all of whom appeared in Volume 1, are also reprising their roles. They’re joined by a stellar lineup of fan favorites including Daisuke Namikawa, Akira Ishida, Fairouz Ai, Tomokazu Sugita, and Mamoru Miyano — all of whom bring deep experience from anime and previous Star Wars works.
The English dub features a powerhouse cast of Hollywood talent. Anna Sawai (The Bounty Hunters as Seven), who rose to stardom with her role in Shogun, headlines the cast alongside legendary actor George Takei (Bird of Paradise as Toad), Freddie Highmore (The Ninth Jedi: Child of Hope as Tet), Ryan Potter (The Wanderers as Ron), Steve Buscemi (Fox Ears as Fox Ears), Emma Myers (The Smuggler as Chita), Stephanie Hsu (The Song of Four Feathers as Klane), and Susie Nakamura (The Duel: Payback as Ane San).
This extraordinary collaboration — born from a deep mutual admiration between Star Wars and Japanese anime — marks a new milestone in global storytelling. George Lucas famously drew inspiration from Japanese culture and the films of Akira Kurosawa when creating Star Wars, and Visions Volume 3 brings that connection full circle.
Don’t miss this thrilling new chapter, brought to life through the boundless imagination of nine of Japan’s top animation studios.
